Jeff Hecker is a Global Real Estate Advisor with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, serving clients throughout Coastal Delaware and Maryland. In fewer than 10 years as a real estate agent, Jeff has built a business approaching $50 million in total sales volume—a reflection of strong results, trusted relationships, and a client-first approach that has grown largely through repeat business and referrals.

After moving from Philadelphia to Rehoboth Beach, Jeff turned a longtime passion for real estate into a career that naturally blends his strengths in marketing, analysis, strategy, and relationship-building. His background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and operations gives him a unique perspective, whether he’s positioning a property for market, evaluating an opportunity, or helping a client make sense of a complicated decision.

Clients appreciate Jeff’s calm guidance, responsive communication, attention to detail, and ability to make the buying or selling process feel clear and manageable. He works with clients across the Delaware beaches and Maryland coast, from primary residences and second homes to new construction, investment properties, and luxury real estate.

When he’s not working, Jeff is usually finding an excuse to enjoy the coastal lifestyle himself. He loves traveling, cooking—and perhaps even more enthusiastically, eating—trying new restaurants and experiences, and spending time on the water whenever possible, whether kayaking or boating. He also enjoys yoga and spin classes, social gatherings with friends, and continuing to learn, both personally and professionally.
